I’m Juan Cavallotti, and I love helping others. One defining characteristic of mine is resiliency. Over the years, like most people, I’ve suffered hardships that I’ve managed to overcome. And, thanks to my curiosity about human nature and the perspectives I accumulated throughout the years in conjunction with my professional background, I’m eager to leverage those learnings to help others overcome their roadblocks.
My philosophy as a coach is not to keep my clients with me forever but to help them thrive by giving them the tools they need to be successful and find answers from within.

As part of my leadership career, I had the opportunity to design and bootstrap professional services teams, hiring world-class professionals by conducting hundreds of interviews. Also, I had a chance to lead other leaders and help many successfully grow their careers.
